Alireza Ranjbar

Alireza Ranjbar is a legal professional and researcher specializing in public international law, international litigation and arbitration, and international energy law. He has undertaken Ph.D. research in Public International Law at the University of Tehran's Faculty of Law and Political Science, focusing on the harmonization of states' international obligations in energy management and sustainable development. He has extensive professional experience in international dispute resolution, government legal affairs, energy-sector contracts, and legal research. He previously served as a Senior Legal Expert at the Center for International Legal Affairs of the Presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran, where he participated in the government's legal teams in proceedings before the International Court of Justice (ICJ). His professional background also includes legal advisory and managerial positions in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors, alongside scholarly publications on international law and energy-related legal issues.
